We use the interbank exchange rate as our baseline. During certain hours or for certain currencies, we may apply a margin as disclosed in our fee schedule. Exchange rates fluctuate and the rate at the time of transaction may differ from rates shown previously.
Card Security
You are responsible for keeping your card and PIN secure. Report lost or stolen cards immediately through our app or by contacting support. You may be liable for unauthorised transactions that occur before you report your card as lost or stolen.
